Better Aging Wellness - Kenny Anderson

Better Aging Wellness is a proponent of Positive Aging which emphasizes the importance of adaptation and emotional wellness in successful aging. Positive Aging reinforces the importance of helping people achieve a more positive attitude about aging. Better Aging Wellness provides Senior Wellness Life-Coaching and Positive Aging classes that cover 'biological aging' but more importantly emphasizes 'biographical aging' the ongoing story of our lives where we examine our stories, understand our stories, transform our stories, recreate our stories, and transcend our stories. Each weekly session will build harmoniously upon the next so that you’ll develop a complete, holistic understanding of the practices, tools, and principles you’ll need to sustain you on the path of better aging wellness.
